JV “Zmeyovo Railway Infrastructure” has completed the construction and assembly works according to the Detailed Design initially approved by the Contracting Authority – SE NRIC: "Mechanical renewal of the railway in the interstation section area Zmeyovo - Stara Zagora from km 239 + 400 to km 252 + 325 with a total length of 12 925 m and arrow No 1 in the Stara Zagora railway station on the 4th railway line.” Mechanical renewal of the railway is completed to level II levelling, as well as the renewal of the Contact network in the whole interstation section area from km 226 + 379 / NS 2 station Tula / to km 238 + 700 / NS 1 station Zmeyovo / with a total length of 12 321 m. We are completing work on Security Installations and CCTV for the railroad crossing at 229 + 722, as well as the work on the Razhena railway station.

In the course of the implementation of the Contract regarding the site, unforeseen circumstances have arisen, which additionally require:The reinforcement of a high embankment in the area from km.231 + 457 to km.231 + 555 by building a pile-based retaining wall; Explosion excavation work for base of foundations for the Contact network post line.
