The Prime Minister of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov, the Minister of Regional Development Liliana Pavlova and the Chairman of the Management Board of RIA  eng. Lazar Lazarov officialy put into operation  rehabilitated road Sitova - Dulovo, Silistra district.
The value of the completed project (Lot 4) is 10 282 640 leva.
The total length of the rehabilitated area is 29.07 km and the contractor of the site is Ingstroyengineering LTD Varna.

The rehabilitated road is of great regional importance - connects the road Ruse - Silistra with the settlements located along the road Sitovo-Dulovo. The rehabilitated road creates a comfortable and fast access to tourist attractions in Silistra - early medieval rock monasteries near to Varbino villiage and the unique reserve Sreberna and also makes a direct connection to Romania.

The entire rehabilitation of the road section is carried out thanks to the financial support of Operational Programme 'Regional Development' 2007-2013, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund
