"Devnia" Boulevard is a strategically important thoroughfare of the transport infrastructure of the city of Varna. A key boulevard, both for the citizens and guests of the maritime capital of Bulgaria, and for the logistics of Bulgarian and international heavy goods traffic in the following directions: Varna, Sofia, Ruse, Dobrich, Burgas; Port of Varna, Varna Railway Station, the industrial areas of the city. After the reconstruction of "Devnia" Blvd., traffic in the city center is eased and conditions are created for the safety and comfort of those traveling along it.
