Reconstruction and rehabilitation of 14km road II-29 Dobrich-Kardam are now finished. The road holds large importance as the main connection between Varna Area and Dobrich Area and part of it is Dobrich's beltway. 

The main reconstruction of road II-29 is financed by Operational Programme "Regions in growth" 2014-2020 through the European Regional Development Fund.
