STILI ROAD EOOD presented a report for successful completion of the first phases under project BG16RFOP002-3.002-0078 „Enhancing the competitiveness of STILI ROAD Ltd, through implementation of energy efficiency measures”
 
Stili Road EOOD has been successfully implementing the project „Enhancing the competitiveness of  STILI ROAD Ltd, through implementation of energy efficiency measures” in the capacity of a beneficiary under the procedure “Increasing energy efficiency in large enterprises” BG16RFOP002-3.002 under Operational Programme “Innovations and Competitiveness”  2014 -2020, based on Grant Contract executed with the Ministry of the Economy, a part of which is the Directorate General European Funds for Competitiveness, designated as the Managing body of the Operational Programme “Innovations and Competitiveness” 2014-2020 
 
Based on this contract, Stili Road EOOD purchased two new front wheel loaders, make: HYUNDAI, model: HL960. The new machines have been installed and tested in Topoli village, Municipality of Varna, Asphalt Mixing Plant Stili Road EOOD. They have higher loading capacity, required for the higher capacity but have lower fuel consumption and respectively higher added value of energy savings. 
The two wheel loaders have Declaration of Compliance issued by Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe N.V in accordance with Machines Directive 2006/42/EC, Directive on electromagnetic compatibility ЕМС 2014/30/ЕО, Directive relating to emissions from non-road mobile machinery 97/68/EC (amended by 2002/88/EC, 2004/26/EC, 2006/105/EC) and relating to acoustic emissions 2000/14/EC (amended by 2005/88/EC). In this phase following performed technical and financial audit, the Managing body has verified total amount of eligible expenses of BGN 779,020, including BGN 389,510 financial aid and BGN 389,510 financing with own resources.
 
On 10.05.2019 Stili Road EOOD executed Contract BG16RFOP002-3.002-0078/Su-02 for delivery, installation and initial testing of one asphalt mixing plant in container design BENNINGHOVEN type ЕСО 2000 with WIRTGEN INTERNATIONAL GMBH, Germany. The value of the machines and equipment is BGN 3,461,820.
The mixing capacity of the facility is 160 tons per hour with 80 mixing cycles per hour, duration of 1 mixing cycle - 45 sec. 
The new asphalt mixing plant is fuelled by natural gas - entirely environment-friendly fuel.
 
The Project implementation will achieve the following key objectives:
Increasing the energy and resource efficiency; modernization of the manufacturing technologies; environmental protection; increasing the competitiveness of Stili Road EOOD. 
Project № BG16RFOP002-3.002-0078 „Increasing the competitiveness of Stili Road EOOD through implementation of energy efficiency measures” amounts to total of BGN 4,247,109.00 and the financial aid is up to BGN 2,123,554.50, which represents 50% of the total eligible expenses.
The project is financed by Operational Programme Innovations and Competitiveness, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund.
