Early completion of the renovation of the bridge facility to the Asparuhov Bridge covering bridge 2 and bridge 4, direction Burgas
The construction activities of the 212-meter bridge 2 and the 107-meter bridge 4 to the junction to the Island Zone included - replacement of the expansion joints, replacement of the waterproofing - a new drainage system and new rehabilitation concrete and re-asphalting with dense asphalt concrete.
The pedestrian consoles were expanded, new railings were installed. New restriction systems, signs and markings were also installed.

Asparuhov Bridge, in addition to being the only land connection of the "Asparuhovo" and "Galata" neighborhoods with the center of the city of Varna, is also part of the "Black Sea" highway and European route E87, which makes it a strategic facility of national and international importance.
