Declaration of the management about  Social Responsibility Policy
The senior management of "Ingstroyengineering" Ltd. officially declares its policy about social responsibility, which is documented, implemented, maintained and disseminated to all levels of the organizational structure of the company and is available to interested parties.

The social responsibility policy of "Ingstroyengineering" Ltd. is focused on business management, contribution to sustainable development and improving the quality of life through honest labor relations with employees, their families, community and society.

According to the policy, the senior management is focused on the following areas:
- Striving for continuous compliance with all requirements of the standard SA 8000:2008;
- Compliance with the applicable national laws and other requirements, compliance with international instruments in the field of social responsibility;
- Regular review and if necessary updating  the social responsibility policy for its continuous improvement, taking into account changes in legislation and the accepted requirements of the interested parties.
- Distribution of the accepted  social responsibility  policy to all employees, including managerial and executive staff, and other interested parties.
- Submission to the social responsibility policy if and where requested.

The strategic objectives of "Ingstroyengineering" Ltd. regarding the social responsibility policy include:
 - Respect  of  the rights of the employees and their fundamental freedoms;
- Protection of universal human values;
- Ensuring the health and safety of the employees;
- Developing and motivating the staff;
- Providing security payments;
- Maintaining adequate wages by timely payments, taxes, and all required insurance types;
- Promoting and developing a culture of ethical behavior by following the implementation of this policy;
- Maintenance, development and improvement of productive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, public and local authorities, non-government organizations, business associations, educational institutions and experts and others.;
- Dialogue and exchange of information with officers, employees, interested parties.

To realize these objectives "Ingstroyengineering" Ltd. has implemented and maintained System for  Management  of the Social Responsibility, developed according to the standard SA 8000: 2008.

The Social responsibility policy in "Ingstroyengineering" LTD  is specified and implemented through "management control" procedures and instructions according  to the standard.
The management of "Ingstroyengineering" Ltd is committed to create the conditions necessary for compliance with the management system for social responsibility and active cooperation of the management and the executive staff.
